A weekend of firsts!

Jason, Ian, Louie and I went down to Hill Country to visit Momo and Popo (Jason's dad and stepmom). It has been so hot down there we figured the pool would be warm enough for Ian to try it out. He loves bathtime and really enjoyed the pool. He was very calm and didn't cry or tense up at all. He only got upset when we pulled him out and wrapped him up in two towels. I'm sure he'll end up being the kid who throws a fit when I tell him its time to get out of the pool.

Telling stories to Momo

We also took Ian to his first Walmart. We went to the one in Marble Falls. When we were in the electronics section there was an older man sitting on a bench and he asked Momo and me what aisle we got Ian on. Then he asked if he was expensive. It was very cute. The man had to have been in his 80's and was adorable.

On our way back from Hill Country we decided to stop in Corsicana to see Jason's mom and stepdad. I didn't get any pictures, but we ate dinner with Grandma and Grandpa and let Louie play with their dogs. He had a big weekend was was very, very tired today. He slept very good in his own bed last night.
